This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Sallier de La Tour Estate in Monreale in the mountain hills of the Jato Valley, a few kilometers from the sea, on fresh and mainly sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature for 25 days. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
