The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from a plot in Contrada Spagnuola, Marsala from vines placed on pebbly and permeable soils and exposed to east and west. Vinification: cold maceration of the grapes and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged short passage in steel barrels.
