Crafted from Chardonnay, Riesling, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards chardonnay grapes from Masnan vineyard; Pinot Bianco from Belvedere vineyard; Riesling Renano from Masetto vineyard and Sauvignon from Coveli vineyard. Vinification: separated fermentation for grape types in steel tanks, in big oak barrels and in barriques, aging on the lees for some months and blending in oak barrels. The wine is aged some months in oak barrels. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
