Crafted from Canaiolo Nero 85%, Vermentino Nero 10%, Barsaglina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation with maceration in oak barrels and open barriques. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak barrels and at least 8 in bottle.
