This exceptional Montefalco DOC showcases the authentic character of Umbria. With 15.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 65%, Sagrantino 15%, Merlot 15%, Cabernet 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted on clay soils at 265 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks only with the help of wild yeasts present on grapes. The wine is aged 14 months in oak barrels. A wine showing the elegant, structured style typical of Umbrian reds.
