This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old ungrafted sapling vines that are more than 60 years old, from the vineyards called Chiusa Spagnolo, Monte Colla, Porcaria, Crasa, Piano Daini in the Etna's noth slope. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeats in fiberglass tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in fiberglass tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
