'Musticco' Tiberi

Hailing from Umbria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Gamay and Ciliegiolo, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly soils at 350 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in fiberglass barrels, bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering and second fermentation spontaneous in bottle during the spring after the harvesting. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
