Crafted from Trebbiano Toscano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils rich in skeleton at 350 metres of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, second fermentation in bottle during the spring after the harvesting and bottling without adding sulphites and without filtering.
