Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly terrains with argillous and tufaceous sands at 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: second fermentation in steel autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method for 30 days and aged for 30-90 days on the yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
