This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of volcanic sands, very rich in minerals, at an altitude of 650 to 750 metres above sea level. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks and then 3-4 months in the bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
