Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines site at 600 meters above sea level on clayey and sandy soils. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats, maceration for 3 hours, soft pressing. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in concrete vats.
