Crafted from Nero d’Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines located on sandy hilly terrain at 550 meters above sea level. Organically grown. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration for 10-12 days in steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 8 months in French tonneaux and at least 6 in bottle.
