The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy-textured soils located about 200 metres above sea level. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks and 2-3 months in the bottle.
