Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more over than 35 years old vines located at 600 meters above sea level o sandy and clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. The wine is aged in concrete vats for 20 months, in oak casks for 4 months and in bottle.
