Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on limestone and medium mixture soils. South, South-West facing. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
