Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in deep and mineral soils from Agro di Salaparuta, at 20 m above sea level. Vinification: partial maceration at low temperature and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in steel tanks.
