Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on calcareous and argillaceous soil, at 450/550 m. above sea level. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 20 days and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in new oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
