Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Niscemi, at 100 metres above sea level on mixed soils rich in sand. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in barrique and 8 months in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
