Crafted from Corinto 90%, Nero d'Avola 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy soil and volcanic, fertile and rich in microelements. Vinification: red vinification without temperature control and with a long maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 2-3 months in casks not first pass, 7-8 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
