The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines of 80 years terraced on the sandy and volcanic soil of the island. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins for 10/15 days. The wine is aged some months in old oak barrels. No filtrations and adding sulphites. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
