A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Trentino DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Nosiola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of at least 30 years old located on hilly terrains at about 350 meters a.s.l. with calcareous and marly soils of glacial origin. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged circa 6 months in steel tanks.
