This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Nosiola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Pergola Trentina system at 400 m above sea level, faced to South and South-West, in Val di Cembra. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
