Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Oreno, at 230-250 m. above sea level, facing South. Vinification: fermentation with controlled temperature for 25 days followed by maceration. The wine is aged 18 months in french oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle before then.
