Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinto Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 790-850 meters above sea level on soils rich in clay and gravel. Vinification: 75% of the grapes are de-stemmed and the remaining 25% poured intact into barrels. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in contact with the skins. The wine is aged 12 months in small oak barrels, 6 months in large barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
High-altitude vineyards and a cool alpine climate give Alto Adige wines exceptional freshness and purity.
