The fruit is sourced from vineyards 5 years-old vines, coming from two vineyards located on the heights of San Casciano dei Bagni, at about 650 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks and partly in big wood barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in big wood barrels and 14 months in concrete vats. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
