Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc 60%, Petit Manseng 25%, Traminer 10%, Semillon 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from the Pian di Flora and San Vittorio vineyards located in the municipalities of Pereta and Scansano on clayey soils with sandstone structure and ferrous inserts. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel except for the Petit Manseng which ferments in tonneaux. The wine is aged short passage in large oak barrels.
