Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling, Kerner and Sylvaner , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located at 600-820 meters above sea level on sandy and clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for Riesling and Kerner in steel vats, the Sylvaner in oak casks. Assembly takes place after aging. The wine is aged in oak casks for 6 months. In bottle for 16 months. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
