Crafted from Sagrantino 40%, Sangiovese 30%, Montepulciano 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines rooted in the hills of Todi and cultivated at 350 mt asl with Guyot system. Organic agricolture. Vinification: mechanical pressing, spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins 22/24 days. The wine is aged 24 months in barrique. A wine true to Umbria's centuries-old winemaking heritage.
