Crafted from Pugnitello 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured, skeleton-rich soil, predominantly calcareous marl breakdown of clays. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins for 20-25 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged 18 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, followed by 8 months in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
