Crafted from Nero d’Avola 25%, Perricone 25%, Frappato 25%, Nerello Cappuccio 25% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey calcareous soil in Pianoro Cuddìa Estate from Trapani area and in Cavanera Etnea Estate. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 10 months in American and French barriques. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
