The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey calcareous soil in Pianoro Cuddìa Estate from Trapani area and in Cavanera Etnea Estate. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 10 months in American and French barriques. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
