This prestigious Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina grossa 60%, Rondinella 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards Retratto and Valletta, at an altitude of 350 m. asl., with exposure to the south, on medium-textured soils of limestone. Vinification: natural withering from October to the end of January, then fermentation using only indigenous yeasts, 15 days of maceration.
