A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Recioto della Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvina Grossa 40%, Rondinella 20% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-year-old vines on medium-textured limestone soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation for one month without temperature control, spontaneous discontinuation. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels of different sizes.
