A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Recioto della Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 15%, Croatina 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Vineyard Roccolo Grassi, at an altitude of 200-250 m. above sea level, with exposure to Southeast, on volcanic soil-basaltic. Vinification: using grapes in rooms with controlled temperature and ventilation. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique for 50% of the first pass, then 24 months in bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
