This Recioto della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly soils of the Valpolicella area with clay and limestone matrix. Vinification: natural overripe for 4 months, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for about 25 days. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel, 15 months in oak barrels and second passage barriques. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
