Tasting Notes

Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 10.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from two separate harvest fermented with indigenous yeasts in steel: one vinified in white, and the other late harvest, vinified with short maceration on the skins. The two wines are assembled and part of the must of Vin Santo is added to start the refermentation in the bottle. No filtration, no dosage and background presence. Vinification: maceration for 10-12 days and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak barrels for 50%, in third-fourth fill barriques for the other half. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
