The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines in the Audinaggio vineyard on predominantly sandy soils in the municipality of Vezza d'Alba at an altitude between 220-270. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and maceration of the skins for 25 days. The wine is aged 18 months in new and used French oak barrels.
