Vinification: maceration on the skins for 18 hours and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation wit indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Without added sulphites. The wine is aged about 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
