Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350 metres above sea level on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 42 hours in fibreglass, spontaneous fermentation. The wine is aged 8 months in demijohns. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
