Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from young vines on volcanic soil in contrada Calderara. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation "pista e mutta" which consists of fast pressing and immediate decanting in steel without contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel.
