Produced in Sardinia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cannonau 50%, Monica 25%, Carignano 20%, Bovale 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil rich in clay and limestone. Vinification: partial carbonic maceration, traditional maceration for 3-4 hours and fermentation in steel vats at low temperature.
