Crafted from Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards trained in Guyot in the hamlet of Cervognano at an altitude of 350 meters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, medium maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 3 months in first-use barrels.
