Crafted from Nero d'Avola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines that are over 30 years old, facing South, in a chalky soil. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 20 days.
