Tasting Notes

This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Insolia 33%, Grillo 33%, Zibibbo 33%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Ficuzza estate, in the Piana degli Albanesi, in the province of Palermo, from vines that grow at over 700 meters above sea level. Vinification: separate fermentation of the varieties in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
