This exceptional Oltrepò Pavese DOC showcases the authentic character of Lombardy. With 7% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Croatina 50%, Barbera 40%, Uva Rara, Vespolina and Pinot Noir 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: crushing of the grapes with a few days of maceration of the must on the skins. Light second fermentation in autoclave. The wine is aged some months in steel vats. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
