Crafted from Fiano 70%, Chenin blanc 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sites of clay soil of medium texture at 200-350 meters above sea level, South, South-East facing. Vinification: cryomaceration of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 4-6 months in barriques. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
