This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot and Pergola Trentina system in a clayey soil at 400-500 m above sea level, in Giovo and Meano. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and, for the 30%, in oak barrels. The wine is aged 10-12 months in steel tanks and, for the 30%, in oak barrels and at least 6 in bottle. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
