Crafted from Malvasia, Vermentino, Trebbiano, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards new plantings of old vines clones on soils rich in clay, loam and sand. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeast in steel vats, malolactic fermentation in wood and 6 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
