The fruit is sourced from vineyards old e new plantings up to 160 metres above sea level on soils rich in clay, loam and sand. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: early harvest, 6 hours of skins maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel and clarification of the must by exposing the vat outside the cellar.
