Tasting Notes

A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Soave DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Garganega 80%, Trebbiano di Soave 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 13-30 years old vines rooted in a calcareous clayey soil in Val di Mezzane, between 200 and 300 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-West. Vinification: maceration on the skins for some hours and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
