This exceptional Soave DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Garganega 80%, Trebbiano di Soave 10%, Chardonnay 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards val di Mezzane on Monte Tombole 1.6 hectares at an altitude of 115-150 metres on medium-textured calcareous soil. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
